Report content or ask for removal
If something here involves you and should not exist, tell us and it goes. You do not need an account and you do not need to prove anything first.
Write to us
Include whatever you have — a link, an order number, a screenshot, or just a description. If you are the person in the material, say so; we do not ask for an identity document to act on it.
What happens then
- We answer within 48 hours, in the language you wrote in.
- Anything still on our disk is deleted immediately. Most material is gone within 24 hours anyway, and we will tell you plainly if it already is.
- The account that produced it is suspended while we look, and closed if the report holds up.
- If it is a minor, the account is closed at once and permanently.
What we cannot do
We cannot delete copies that somebody saved and posted elsewhere — we only control our own disks. We can confirm in writing that we deleted ours, which is useful when you go to the platform that is hosting the copy.
Other reports
Abuse of the service, a bug, a payment that went wrong: same address. Payment and refund questions are usually faster through the bot itself, because it knows your order numbers.
